Our inspections are timely and accurate. We document information regarding occupancy status and condition of the property. All inspections include damage assessment and estimate to repair by our experienced construction inspectors. We provide the following types of inspections:

Visual Interior Inspections provide for a visual “walk-through” with inspector comments on vacant and secure properties that are master keyed or have a lockbox. The main purpose of this inspection is to provide the client with a record that addresses immediate concerns that can lead to future damages or the issuance of citations by the city.

Insurance Inspections

Pre-loss/Post-Loss Inspections are a comprehensive on-site digital tour of an insured’s dwelling. These inspections cover every floor, room, and wall of the dwelling. Our pre-loss inspections include running commentary by our experienced construction trained staff.

Validation Inspections are area and component specific. We may be documenting the condition of a roof pre  or post-loss, specifically determining if a repair was actually done or if it was even necessary. In the case of a flood we may provide proof of new carpet installation or evidence of appliance replacement.

Progress Inspections can include new constuction and reconstruction benchmarks on an individual residence or an entire project.
